Ben joined Turner after graduating from Drexel University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Early in his career, Ben advanced through various operations assignments working on some of Turner’s most significant projects. He also held several positions within the company including serving as the Estimating/Purchasing Manager for the New York Business Unit’s Interiors Division, Purchasing Manager for the Philadelphia Business Unit, and advancing to General Manager for the Philadelphia Business Unit’s Special Projects Division.

In 2004, Ben was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Turner Logistics where he oversaw Turner’s sourcing and supply chain management division with over 160 staff. Through this experience he developed the knowledge and expertise for managing mission critical construction. In 2010, he was promoted to Vice President of Global Critical Facilities and in 2017 was promoted to Senior Vice President of Turner’s Advanced Technology Group. In 2024 he was promoted to Managing Director where he has oversight of Turner’s Data Center, Pharmacutical, Advanced Technology, and Advanced Manufacturing portfolio which has annual revenue in excess $8 billion dollars and deploys over 1,500 professional staff.
