Jay Fraser is a Senior Vice President with Turner and is responsible for the Aviation market segment.  Jay is responsible to identify and develop aviation projects for Turner in the US.  He also works closely with our clients and their consultant representatives as our most significant Aviation projects develop through both the preconstruction and construction phases.  He has spent his entire career of 39 years with Turner and has been managing the Aviation market for the past 9 years.

Jay joined Turner in 1986 after graduating from Clarkson University with a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering.  Jay began his career in the Connecticut Business Unit as a Field Engineer and over the course of the next 18 years, his career developed with leadership roles in various management capacities in the Connecticut office.  

In 2004, Jay was promoted to Vice President and General Manager of Turner’s South Florida office located in Miami.  In addition to leading and managing Turner’s South Florida office until 2016 Jay also became a southeast market leader for Turner in the Aviation market segment.  In January 2016, Jay was named Turner’s National Aviation market segment leader and maintains responsibility for that market.

Jay and his wife Jessica live in Weston, Florida and have four grown children.
