The Air Base suffered a major flood in March 2019 and this project is the final piece of a recovery program that is underway to raise facilities above the 100-year flood plain. A three-story, 420,000-square-foot non-kinetic operation will house intelligence, training, maintenance, and reconnaissance squadrons.
